Walking through El Segundo today is a big difference then just a few years back. El Segundo has seen approximately 30% more companies moving into smoky hollow, converting their spaces for a true creative office experience incubating their new start up businesses. I had a vision 15 years ago, and started developing these spaces, and now its come to fruition. There is nothing more satisfying then visualizing a plan, working with people, and seeing a community come together. It’s all happening right now. – Matt
